"Friendly and welcoming "

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Option of checking in yourself independently. Room was lovely, comfortable with everything you need to make your stay. Hotel breakfast was lovely. Will definitely stay when I return to Amsterdam.

Good experience. The rooms are comfortable and include a small fridge. The only thing I would change is add more options for breakfast

Las toallas del baño tuve que ir a recepción a pedirlas porque se las llevaron y no pusieron.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was small but very well-equipped and cozy. The shower was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. A special thanks to [Name of employee] who helped me organize a trip. I would definitely come back!

Hotel molto bello, curato e dotato di ogni servizio. Le stanze sono spaziose e i letti molto comodi. Inoltre, in camera sono presenti una macchina del caffè nespresso con cialde a disposizione degli ospiti e un asse da stiro. Bagno e doccia spaziosi. Pulizia ottima e staff cordiale.
La posizione risulta molto comoda per visitare Amsterdam. Il tram 2 che collega il centro in 20 minuti circa ferma proprio sotto l'hotel. Ottimi anche i collegamenti con l'aeroporto di Schipol e con la stazione centrale di Amsterdam.

"Spacious rooms"

Spacious rooms, high standard, friendly staff, excellent cleaning service, and a delicious breakfast. Near the trainstation Sloterdijk. Unfortunately too few restaurants and bars nearby.

"Overall OK, not recommended"

Overall, it was an OK stay. I would not recommend it to friends and won't be going back.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean on arrival and was cleaned every day. Close to metro station, just 5 minutes walk. Also close to Ikea and McDonald's.

As other have said, the digital check-in wasn't great, as I prefer to deal with someone instead of through a screen.

The pillow is too small and not comfortable at all.

Despite the room being soundproof, the doors make a loud bang when closing, other guests arriving at midnight or leaving early will wake you up.

The breakfast at €15 per person (including child) is too expensive for what it offers. You might be better off having breakfast at Amsterdam or Ikea, which is just a short walk.

Parking at €20 per 24hs also very expensive.

"Everything was perfect"

Everything was perfect, very friendly staff at reception. Rooms were spacious and clean.

"Business above all "

We made an online reservation for a triple room for one night, including breakfast. The third person was unfortunately unable to join us at the last moment. At the reception desk, the person informed us that no reimbursement was possible for the share of the third guest. Upon asking for a reimbursement of the breakfast fee at least, we received a blunt negative reply. The behavior was rather unfriendly, cold and very businesslike. Obviously Amsterdam hotels are so busy and profitable they no longer need to be service oriented nor generous to the individual guests. We are not coming back.
