The room is quite spacious and the bed, probably the best I remember. The shower was great! The only thing I think it could be better is the breakfast.

To be honest, we were a little apprehensive in the lead up to our trip due to some of the reviews we’d read. But, upon finishing our stay I must admit we were pleasantly surprised. Everywhere was nice and clean and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Check-in isn’t until 15:00 but they allow you to drop your luggage in their luggage room free of charge. Handy if you come on an early flight like we did and arrive at 9:00. Likewise, upon checking out they also let you leave your luggage there again until you need to leave to catch your flight.
Yes, some air conditioning units were not working and the bathroom was smelling a bit rough due to drainage problems but they did email in advance and warn you of this. It didn’t really cause us any problems.
Location wise, we found it pretty ideal. Yes there are reviews saying about how noisy it is at night due to the location but we didn’t think it was that bad at all, we went to bed about 12:30-1:30 each night and slept fine.
All in all, if you’re looking to get away and want to keep it a cheap one then I’d recommend this hotel.

Everything was smooth, they even offered me early check in free of charge. The stay was really comfortable. Highly recommended accommodation in central Amsterdam.

"Good location"

The hotel was in a great location, easily walkable to everywhere we needed to get to. Check-in and out was easy.
Beds were comfy and the hotel room was relatively clean, although i have come back covered in bites (fleas or bed bugs, i am not sure?)
We went for the basement rooms to save some money, but unfortunately we wished we hadn't as the smell of mould/damp was overbearing and there was a constant sound of dripping/pipes throughout the night.

If i was to stay here again i definitely would not stay in the basement room, hopefully the rooms on a higher level would be better.

Fantastic stay. Great comfortable and spacious room with all commodities. Fridge, safe, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities.
The bed was really comfortable. Great shower!
Very quiet room on 7th floor, perfect to catch up on sleep before and after concert.
Very close to metro station so great if you go to a concert at Ziggo Dome or to visit Amsterdam.
Was able to leave luggage for free too.

"Evening staff rude"

Evening staff rude, doesn't know how to speak to customers it's clear the owners don't have a clue about standards they also don't clearly care about customers and all that has done is put more pressure on staff, if you get room 12 good luck it's unbelievably warm there cost cutting make shift portable aircon unit when turned on actually makes the room warmer never will I go again

"Está en una magnífica zona"

Está en una magnífica zona, junto a todos los museos importantes y con buena conexión con tranvia al centro. La habitación era amplia (para 4 pax). Lo que no nos gusto fue que no limpiaban. Estiraban de mala gana las sábanas (tengo fotos) y el baño no se limpio en los 5 días que estuvimos allí.
El personal de recepción muy antipáticos, exceptuando una persona que si fue amable.

"Zentrumnahes, sauberes Hotel"

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Amsterdam und wohnten im XO Hotels Couture. Die Zimmer waren sauber, lediglich eine Flasche Wasser hat uns auf dem Zimmer gefehlt.
Die Lage war top, mit der Tram 2 kommt man immer Richtung Zentrum. Kontinentales Frühstück.
Fahrradverleih/Hotelbikes hat super geklappt.
