Stuff was professional and friendly
The room was clean. Check-in/out was too easy.
Many transport options near to the location.
And the option, that we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel after the check out was amazing. So we could enjoy our last day in Amsterdam before flying without stress.

Hotel pulito e ben organizzato. Comodissima la fermata del tram proprio davanti l'hotel. Personale gentile.

Been staying at this hotel for a number of years and unfortunately it has gone down hill. The decor is shabby wall operation ripped. Room was unclean bed bases was dirty. Offer machine not working. TV not working. Safe not working. Complained twice nothing was done. I won't be staying here and longer.

"De moeite waard"

Een zeer goed hotel. Ik was daar met mijn vrouw en alles was schoon, ruim en voldoende. Extra handdoeken en coffee pads waren geen probleem. De douche is modern en ruim. (geen bad) . Op 3 min loopafstand van de IKEA en 5min naar een tramhalte. Parkeren kan goedkoper maar het is Amsterdam. Ontbijt had ik overgeslagen dus kan ik niet over oordelen. Over het algemeen had ik een zeer fijn verblijf.

"Be prepared if you plan to stay longer than a day or two"

If you stay more than a day or two in XO Hotel Infinity, you will see a lot that surprises you. For example, you often have to activate your badge if you have reserved more than one day. How often did I have to go back to the reception after walking to my room to reactivate my badge that no longer works. Hygiene is very bad; one night I was forced to sleep in an uncleaned bed because they could not change it when I arrived, the question is why they did not change it the same day the guest left? The floor is always dirty. As a regular guest you might have some advantage to pay the same price for all your days, you would think, but here the price gets higher and higher day after day. Service is also lousy; you have staff who cannot understand you quickly (bad English) and cleaning staff does not speak English at all, because when you ask them something they keep staring at you. In short, a bad experience!
