Ein wunderbares Hotel in der Nähe des historischen Stadtzentrums von Amsterdam.
+5 saubere Zimmer, alles was man braucht, sogar Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer.
+5 sehr bequemes Doppelbett.
+5 WLAN, TV, Kühlschrank
+5 ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, schöner Speisesaal
+2 An der Rezeption schickten sie mich an den Computer, damit ich selbst einen Coupon und Schlüsselkarten erstellen konnte.
+1 Ich wollte unbedingt morgens etwas trinken, es wäre in Ordnung, wenn Getränke im Kühlschrank wären. Wir waren bereit, für jedes Geld Getränke zu kaufen 🤣😅

Room 101 mauch larger than expected. Clean and well taken after. Breakfast good but worse than expected (scrambled eggs and omelet below the expected).

Great stay at XO Hotels Park West, is only a short walk to Sloterdijk station so only takes 10-15 minutes to get to Amsterdam Central

Staff were friendly upon arrival, room and ensuite were great and cleaning staff done a great job, would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a quick getaway to Amsterdam

"Fantastisch hotel voor een stedentrip…"

Fantastisch hotel voor een stedentrip Amsterdam. Mooie grote kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt en heerlijk bed,ruime badkamer met regendouche en goede parkeergelegenheid tegen redelijk tarief. Perfect. Alleen jammer dat het zo warm in de kamer is. We kregen de temperatuur niet lager dan 19 graden en het raam opzetten is geen optie want hotel ligt vlakbij een snelweg.

The staff is friendly, check-in and check-out is quick and hassle-free, the rooms are clean and tidy, they are cleaned every day, you have free use of the Nescafe machine in the room. The only thing is that the view from the room window is not nice. All recommendations for Ho hotels.

"5th visit..amazing"

5th visit, probably my favorite because i had probably the best room in the whole hotel. Not gonna mention the number haha... See you soon ..again. 🎄

"very dirty and unkempt"

The mattress on the bed was terribly dirty, with stains of various kinds. The bed sheets and the blanket also stained, with what appeared to be blood. When we went to the reception to ask for the bed linen to be changed, they changed it immediately, telling us when she came back “they were just makeup stains” as if I shouldn't have bothered her just for that. Maybe we wouldn't have even seen the stains on the mattress if the bed had been properly made, but we had to spend our vacation making the bed because the employees couldn't. The bathroom smells very bad of sewage and there is no possibility to watch anything other than Dutch channels on the TV (for example: youtube, netflix…), very unacceptable considering that most of their customers are probably foreigners who don't speak Dutch.

"Cleaning was the worst"

Cleaning was the worst. Towels were old. This was not a 4 star hotel
