"Pleasant and perfect stay "

Pleasant stay there and nothing to complain. Stayed there for almost a month, first I booked the hotel through Agoda for a week then I booked directly with hotel for subsequent 3 more weeks. Everything is perfect. Check-in/out process is smooth and quick. Front desk staff is always there to help with cheerful smile and great hospitality especially with one Indian lady. Sorry that I couldn’t remember or ask her name. Housekeeping team always did the amazing jobs to ensure I had fresh linen and in-room amenities whenever I asked for. Metro station is just 3-5 mins walk away from hotel. Airport is just 10-15 mins drive from hotel. Thanks Hotel Levell team for great hospitality.

Nice and clean hotel. Quick check-in and check-out.
Unfortunately, there is no cozy bar where you can have a glass of wine or beer.

Breakfast was excellent, room as well, but it was rather cold and with some noise from some sort of equipment in the evening

We stayed at Xo hotel Couture for three days. Our stay was really pleasant, the room was bigger than the average rooms in Amsterdam, it was very well equipped and clean. The self check in and check out were really convenient. Despite being far from the city centre, there is a tram right in front of the hotel who takes you to the city centre in 25 minutes. No negative aspects at all :)

"Functional hotel, everything you need"

Everything you need. Basic and functional hotel for a very good price. Room was a bit chilly when I came in, but the heater worked well and made in comfortable. Room was clean. Not very big or luxurious, but everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast was good, continental and English breakfast. Most staff members don’t speak Dutch, but fluent English. Parking garage next door for €14 per day.

"Unexpectedly brilliant…"

Hotel from outside was just another building, nothing special but inside, it was excellent! The wonderful staff made the experience special, from the amazing Noelle on Reception, to the fantastic Asian gentleman (sorry didn't get name) who ran the restaurant where we had an excellent breakfast (extra cost but well worth it) every morning. Would highly recommend
