"We loved our stay in this hotel"

We loved our stay in this hotel. At first we chose it because of the price, but thought it would be too far from the city center and main attractions. But it was actually very well located, and you can easily use public transport directly to the city center. There are also shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The room had an amazing view of the city, and it was very comfortable. Great shower. Check-in and check-out were super fast and uncomplicated, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, equipped room, kind, and helpful service. Besides that, can request a top floor to enjoy the view during the night.

You can also request cleaning by pressing a button on wall, which is quite handy.

We had a great stay. Easy with the metro to the centre and close to the Ziggo Dome. Clean nice room en good breakfast we will for sure come again!!

"Un hotel genial 5 estrellas por el personal!!!!"

Un hotel genial. No céntrico pero con la gran ventaja de que tiene la parada del tranvía número 2 a menos de 30 metros de su puerta. Las instalaciones geniales y muy bonitas y los más importante, el personal. Súper atento y amable. Hablaban español y no tuvimos ningún problema. Viajamos con mi madre de 85 años y todos estuvieron muy atentos con ella. Las chicas de recepción geniales y encantadoras y el señor que se encargaba del desayuno muy atento. Todas las mañanas sin que se lo llegara a pedir ya me traía mi capuchino descafeinado ya que no puedo tomar café normal. En fin recomiendo el hotel 100% sin duda alguna si vuelvo a Amsterdam me volveré a quedar allí seguro. Un placer haber estado rodeada de gente tan amable y maravillosa.

"Great stay"

Great stay. Automatic check in and out was a great feature. The hotel is located about 30mins away from Amsterdam central, but this wasn’t an issue as the metro line is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and that will connect you anywhere. Comfortable clean rooms, my only downside is it would be nice to of have an extra pillow as only 1 small square one on each bed, and the smart tv would not connect to the WiFi. When we stayed there was also lots of renovation works happening in the block we stayed in with builders on site each day. I think a little message to say that this was happening during our stay would have been nice. Besides that, we would definitely stay again. Thank you

"Quiet rooms"

Like: - The rooms are very quiet and well soundproofed. - The reception accepted a delivery for us and called immediately when it arrived.
Dislike: - When I wanted to pay my parking fee, the machine charged me an hour more than my actual parking time. - Some mould is visible above the shower.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value and a great breakfast made this a wonderful stay.

a very fine hotel, clean, modern, comfortable. and a very good breakfast .

2 lesser points:
- not so important, but is was very hot in de elevators en hal outside the rooms.
- important: there is not very much flexibility in options for your reservation. So we paid to much for breakfast and our stay in comparison to what we used of it. Advise: Book as lean as possible en fill in your options whilest checking in
