"Kind and helpful receptionists"

The receptionists were kind and very helpful!!The location is just perfect!Tha bus from the airport stops there!The room was a little bit cold...and the sheets weren't so clean,but I am a clean freak so maybe I overeating!

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie. Ik vroeg om n 1 p kamer en kreeg zomaar n update naar n 2 p kamer. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Zelfs koffie/thee op de kamer. Goed matras! Fijne douche! En dat alles voor 40e.
Ontbijt was simpel maar oke.

il personale è stato molto disponibile anche se non parlo bene inglese ma ci siamo capiti la colazione abbondante e varia tutto ok

"Terrible"

If you have luggage then its so challenging, they have useless elevator, upon going out from the elevator you still need to atleast 5 useless stairs i dont know why its there, the room is very very dirty, no heater, luckily im used to cold, i do take a bath with cold water so its fine, sink is not working, its clogged, i am anxious to touch anything from the room cause its dirty. Upon arriving i blame Buddha for this experience, normally i would leave money before leaving but this time its a No!

Very helpful and kind staff. Hotel very close to the bus and tram stop. Large and comfortable room. Possibility to leave your luggage in storage even after check out
