"Catastrophique !"

Catastrophique !
Hôtel sale, ça pue à tout les étages !
Déjeuné correct et encore pour le prix.
Déconseillé si vous chercher un vrai 3 étoiles ce n’ai pas ici.

Suite au retour de l’hôtel :
Je suis passé par votre site web pour réserver.
J’ai averti pour l’odeur, le personnel à donner un spray, parfum !!

Et pour le reste faudrait refaire toutes les chambres enfaite !!!

Cela ne ressemble pas à un 3 étoiles !

"Heating did not work"

I came to this hotel, kind of a last-minute and it was impossible to book at the desk so I made a booking via their website. The main problem was the heating. They turned off the heating in the room, so it was very cold at night and after a 24 hour travel for me, Being exhausted already I tried everything to fix it, but they kept it cold so definitely not worth the €50 I paid for one night it was literally freezing outside and because of that also inside, the bathroom was clean the shower was OK. Also there is no view. The thing that bothered me the most was when I told them this the next morning they acted like it was my fault and did not offer anything or some kind of compensation so I was left alone with this bad experience.
It was in the middle of the night, and as I said, before, I was exhausted after a long day of travel, my body was in a state that it would prefer to freeze to death than to take action And let them repair in the middle of the night. So should the owner decide to response to my review please don’t come and tell me things like “if you had told us”. You need to tackle the problem before it becomes a problem, for example your workers could’ve walked with me to the room, which is only 10 m away from the desk and to check the room or at least tell me how They think it works, Making sure everything is fine.

We liked the breakfast. Location of the hotel was very good for us. There was a problem with Our bathroom light.

"Horrible experience bed bugs"

1. Compliance with Service Animal Policies:
At all times during my stays, my assistance dog was present at check-in, accompanied by all necessary documentation certifying the animal’s status. Your assertion that I failed to inform staff in advance or provide proper paperwork is untrue. I have consistently followed all legal and procedural requirements.
2. Bed Bug Infestation and Health Issues:
During my stay earlier that same week, I experienced a severe bed bug infestation at your property, resulting in numerous bites on my skin, which caused visible marks and significant discomfort. The lack of attention or assistance from your staff in addressing this issue is appalling. Rather than providing solutions or compensation, your team disregarded the situation, leaving me to seek refuge in a friend’s home, where my condition was further aggravated due to a toxic environment. This negligence is unacceptable and warrants immediate accountability.

"Horrible bed "

I had the best standard business room and the bed was horrible : a hole in the center that did not allow me to sleep. I ask to change my room, because the very essence of a hotel is to offer you a bed, but nothing happened and since my back hurts a lot.
I will never come back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
