Wonderful hotel! Stayed here for 9 nights & I don’t have any complaints. Honestly this was one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Spacious rooms/bathroom, super clean! Great location! I would definitely stay here again & recommend this hotel to anybody

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, tout près du métro Bullewijk. La pièce pour laisser ses bagages avant son enregistrement est un vrai plus. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bain est impeccable. Dommage pour les travaux dans l’hôtel qui nous ont un peu dérangés le matin.

Avoid this hotel - terrible!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others.

Upon arrival, we discovered a bad smell in the bathroom that was unbearable. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, they offered us an alternative room, but this room was in a completely different class — it was not just smaller (about half the size of the original), but also had an annoying noise coming from the ventilation system, making it impossible to get a good night's rest.

When we declined the alternative room due to these issues, no further solutions were offered, and we were essentially left without an option. This forced us to find new accommodation in the middle of the night, which was incredibly inconvenient and stressful. Also they declined to issue a refund!

It’s unacceptable for a hotel in Amsterdam, especially one with a good reputation, to treat guests like this. The lack of proper communication, solutions, and customer care was truly disappointing. I would expect much better service from a hotel of this caliber.
