Appalling customer service. I am a long standing customer. I have attempted to contact customer service (uk). the phone is answered by some ai drivel. The chat says that my enquiry is being transferred to a human then nothing happens

I've been a customer for some time and the service has recently become shockingly bad.
It's partly because they largely have a monopoly on their products in the UK, so it's either them or you don't get Concept2 products.
It's very sad to see how a once great company have become. Management couldn't care less, or they would have addressed it.

The whole team was exceptionally helpful and supportive to work with for an event using Concept II machines. I couldn’t recommend Concept II more for anyone who is looking for a reliable machine to exercise on. I would not use any other machine for rowing as it truly reflects accurate information for power output and subsequently provide clear feedback on your fitness journey.

"Brilliant service"
I've owned a Concept 2 row erg since 2008 and never really had a problem or the need to contact customer support. It's been a brilliant machine, but clearly suffered some kind of failure last week when I started to row. I initially contacted via Chat but was soon in touch with Elisa in Nottingham. I submitted some photos and within minutes the problem had been diagnosed and a significant new part was on its way to me at no charge. Really, really good service and reinforces Concept 2's reputation as brilliant in their after-sales service - even 16 years later.

I turned up today at C2 HQ for help with spares (call ahead is my advice to others - might not have FOH staff) and Elisa was an absolute superstar. Despite my unannounced arrival, she helped me troubleshoot (on the phone!) my model of rower, PM3 computer fault and even better coordinated new PM5 device purchase and someone brought it out to the car. This is above & beyond customer help; in a world of tech giants that don’t offer real-person support. Brilliant - 5* from me *****

Could not speak highly enough of concept 2’s after care service. It really has been second to none. I dealt personally with a guy called Jonny who couldn’t have given me any more of his time, patience and expert knowledge. Once again I am very grateful.
