First, I would like to say that today I talked to Shyesha, an extremely pleasant and helpful person. She was able to understand and evaluate my question and needs in a very rapid and professional manner. She is truly an asset to your organization and employees like her are hard to find.
Secondly my phone call was answered in under one minute, a rarity today.
The reason for my call was prompted by the new dashboard you rolled out, found it very hard to navigate and understand.

"How to delete alerts w/ new dashboard?"
The new dashboard design seems to have forgotten to include a way to delete alerts! No trashcan icon or any way to select a group of them to delete or any way I can see to do this any more.

I just enrolled yesterday with an awesome lady, Shyesha!! She was so patient, friendly and helpful. Her customer service is excellent; she's professional, knowledgeable and just a super lady. You are very lucky to have her as an employee...she shines for your company. I had a little problem today and called back...thank goodness I was lucky enough to get Shyesha again!!! Again, she helped me and it was a great experience to work with her. I'm so glad I have enrolled with IdentityForce and will recommend to my friends. I hope I get her every time I may need help. The new website is terrible! Why did IdentityForce mess with the previous layout, which was well organized and easy to navigate?
The new site makes it very difficult to locate information. I find that I am spending much more time trying to find and open places in the site. It's very frustrating.

When I click on the link in the Welcome email and try to fill out the information form, it won't let me choose Arizona or enter Arizona in the address field or the Drivers License state fields. So it won't let me complete the form to submit!

Hate the new website, much of the functionality doesn't work. Can't update my credit card for billing and I get errors on the dashboard about credit card not found. Please can we have the previous site back.

"Sex Offender alerts are simply false alarms, as no one has ever used my address for anything."
The Sex Offender monitoring alerts are a COMPLETE waste of my time. I have asked how to turn such notices OFF, yet I am told they cannot be turned off. I get one every few weeks and to-date, not a single one has ever lived on my road, or tried to use my address for nefarious purposes.
It's just like the little boy who CRIED WOLF. The notices are so commonplace now, I just IGNORE such from IdentityForce. For me, it's a useless, time consuming waste. When it comes time to renew, if I still cannot turn OFF such notices I will no longer be a customer.

The whole point of my complaint is, you are a notification company hired by me to watch over my information. WHY should I have even have to review repetative, false-notifications and waste time in doing so? WHY can I not simply turn off this type of notice? We put a man on the moon in 1969, almost half a century ago. Is it too much to ask to be able to simply TURN OFF unwanted notifications??
