It would be nice to be able to have all of our family member's information on one account. Instead, we had to split up the account into 2: one for me and my son and one for my wife.

Alicia, Customer Service Tech, provided me with excellent support in determining issues with pulling my credit info. It was technically related. However, the new dashboard is extremely hard to navigate. Go back to old!!!

Everything is fine, but I do not appreciate the messages in the middle of the night when a bank or credit card transaction takes place. Last night I was awakened at 2 a.m. by the ding-a-ling of a text message. Can you guys wait until 6 or 7 in the morning (Alabama time)?

So far I have no complaints. I set the perimeters of when I want to be notified and they've done great job.

Needed to talk to an agent, was waiting in que for 15 min, than opted for the call back offer. Never got a call back. This was Saturday, March 24, 2018.
Tried again the following day..same thing.
maybe there is only one agent on a weekend?
Good thing I like to listen to classical music.
