"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience. I signed up and paid $189.50. Went through the hoops to register and get a password. Tried to log in with password and couldn't; was sent an email to get a new password, which didn't work either. Called 3 times. Two times the wait was so long I couldn't hold. The 3rd time I opted for them to call me back. They never did. Since I can't reach them in any way, I feel paralyzed.
I want my money refunded immediately and to terminate with this company.

I thought i was purchasing something advanced. Wanted to know if anybody had used my name to get a loan, cell phones, etc. Nothing. its a waste of time and money

I'm a current customer. Was doing just fine with the old dashboard, but now this new dashboard is very confusing. For example, I get the Alert that I need to renew my Fraud Alert monitoring with the credit bureaus, and to go to "My Dashboard>My Services>Identity Protection>Fraud Alert. Guess what, I can't find anything called "My Services". To be honest, the way the entire dashboard is laid out, everything is spread all over the place that I cannot see a simple list of features I am getting and their status (green/red). I like the old simple list....much cleaner and all on one page. Please bring it back. In the meantime, can you please at least put the "My Services" screen on the dashboard like the guidance says?

There should be an option to "select all" for the purpose of deleting. I get the alerts via text and email so I have already review them. Thus an easy means to delete would be nice

I was having a tremendous problem with entering the data and setting up my account. Tori started us off by reviewing screen shots. There was another lady who assisted. Then today we ended up with Meredith. We dug our heels in and got the system working. I am pleased with the product and the sense of security. We reviewed the features. I recommend this product to anyone. Many thanks for a job well done!
