"Real Life Comparison"

I am currently enrolled in both IdentityForce and LifeLock. First off, LifeLock has a very good marketing program. Lets face it, everyone has heard of LifeLock. Most, like me, had never heard of IdentityForce. When I enrolled in LifeLock, I was happy with the results for the most part but I just felt things were missing. I searched the web for alternatives and found IdentityForce.
I enrolled in IdentityForce and have been actively comparing the alert results from both.
IdentityForce is HANDS DOWN the winner when compared to LifeLock.
IdentityForce has alerted me to many things lurking on the web, and LifeLock.....well, I can hear the crickets chirping. So, I will soon be canceling my LifeLock or better yet "LifeLack" for their lackluster performance.
IDENTITYFORCE IS THE CLEAR WINNER!!!!

"Websites with my name"

I just googled my name feeling pretty secure that not much would pop up but many professional listings sites came up giving either totally wrong, misleading, or very old information about me. I was not informed that these websites mentioned me. If I could figure that out by googling my name, why didn't IDF find those and alert me?

"Good Features, Needs a Mobile App"

Sometimes there's a bit too much data without enough explanation. Popups with further direction would be nice.

I have entered all my bank accounts and credit card/debit card accounts but I need three more as the limit is ten. Is there any way to increase the amount of credit cards allowed to be monitored?

I just enrolled and in less than a hour I totally fell protected. Now I can sleep better. Thanks Identity Force, I will and I should definitely recommend your service. In todays living Identity Force is a "must to have protection".

"Waste of Money"

Six months ago my identity was stolen, and someone applied for many dozens of loans and credit cards in my name. I manually applied for credit freezes with all 3 agencies using my police report. But I thought, given that I only get 1 free copy of the report per year, that Identity Force's alerts would be helpful to see updates to it. Not so much. Any little change happens and I get a "red alert" SMS page and an email. Click through to the site? The notification tells me absolutely nothing of value. Paid off a student loan. I get a red alert notification that my loan holder updated their information on my report. Not what they updated, just that it changed. My credit freeze is finally implemented 8 weeks after I overnighted it to Experian? Same deal. Experian has updated my account. How? With what? Why? Not the best use of $250/yr.

I just wanted to drop a short line here, to let you know how much I truly like your Identity Protection. I sleep better at night just knowing that you folks are keeping a watchful eye on my family and I. In my book IdentityForce is the gold standard, and you have set the bar so high that your competitors would have to crawl under that bar because there is no way they could ever see over the top of it. "Bank account monitoring FAIL"

I've tried various times to add my small local bank to the service and Identity Force can't find it. If it can't find the bank account and Master Card isn't one of the credit card options it seems to be a waste of my $200.

"Got false positive"

Does not do exact match on email address. Even if email address does not exactly match, red flag is generated for alert.
