"Not lifelock or even close in 30 days of heavy fraud"
I have been in the middle of what I would consider serious identity theft over the last few months. Within the last 30 days I have been notified by lifelock the same day as inquiries posted while identity force takes several days to notify. Lifelock has had the issues resolved several times before I am contacted by I.F. When I say contacted I am referring to a email from Iforce saying to check my account and seeing the inquiry. Whereas my contact from L.L. sprang into immediate action trying to resolve the issue for me and when unable to do so again contacted me to tell me how to resolve the issue and to give me phone #'s for quick contact rather than jumping through the normal hoops of calling companies. Iforce is not worth the money and thus far has provided about the same information as the free service credit karma.

"Credit Card Opening"
A new credit card in my name was opened two weeks ago and Identity Force never notified me about it. Very disappointed in the service. I had lifelock in the past and they would notify me right away.

"Disappointed when it comes to assistance with identity restoration."
I signed up for this service because I read a positive review about it on a blog, which claimed this service to be superior to a major competitor, particularly when it comes to help with identity restoration. When I received a major alert and called customer service for assistance in understanding what it was about, because not even the full name of the collection agency I had never heard of was given, I was essentially told a Google Search could tell me that, and I was asked if I filed a police report. That's interesting, because under services that IdenityForce claims to offer, it says, "relax" and that they will help with the paperwork. NOT my experience. I have been awake for extra sleepless hours during I spent contacting the collection agency, writing correspondence, filing the police report, contacting Experian, then visiting Experian's website to upload documents. I didn't even hear any words of reassurance or of direction...just "Do a Google Search!" And "Didn't you file a police report"...I think you pay for this service to at least have a helpful person to speak to and this was NOT my experience.... I cannot say IdentityForce will help when your identity has been compromised or stolen....I am not relaxing...which their website proclaims to offer via their identity monitoring service, and their claims to help you restore your identity. I will only offer two stars because I like the way the information on their site is organized....But I also discovered another big flaw....the credit scores that show up when you log in? Guess what? They are only updated every 90 days. I applied for a refinance and they said I had a much different score, and when I looked at their score monitoring area, it reported a higher score...which, in the course of one day, I do not know my actual credit score...their is a 110 point spread between what a potential lender told me.... And what the 3 credit bureau score monitoring told me (which is a set of 3 scores), and what I found when I clicked on "monitor your credit score" and was provided a score reported by Transunion...110 point difference between the lowest and highest...Seriously!!

"monthly newsletters"
I like the monthly updates in my mail box :-)
I like how easy it to navigate the website too.

"If this had been a credit breach it would have been too late to do anything as this event took place over 2 months ago."
The reason to pay for this service is to keep from having unauthorized access. If this had been a breach it would have been too late as this took over 2 months to be brought to our attention.

"Feel protected!"
I received an alert about a transaction from my checking account, and it wasn't me who did it! (later I found out it was my boyfriend, which is cool), but I love the fact that Identity Force has my back!
