Hiyacar came to my rescue as I left it very late to hire a car on Christmas day. It's website and app is very easy to use and it's customer service via whatsapp is very efficient and responsive.

As a regular customer personally, I would say that they are better than any other hire companies, Especially in London (tower hamlets).
Customer service extremely lovely and friendly!!! they respond within two minutes. They also are very catering to any needs and complications. As a single mother I am grateful that this company is extremely efficient! their rates very cheap and very reliable.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to travel around, but may not be able to own a car I would recommend them first!!!! :)

I have used Hiyacar van as an alternative to Zipcar which is winning by value for money and coverage.
I would appreciate having more Hiyacar vehicles around my area – East Finchley, as well as lower prices to match Zipcar`s at the least.

The customer service was excellent, quick and fast response. However I did not have a pleasant driving experience. The car was very dirty. Full of leaves and muds inside the car. Left over customers cloths. Clutch not working properly. Biting point too high. Needs fixing. Engine suddenly turns off. Kept saying tyre pressure needs adjusting and no immobilizer. Had to turn on and off the car after so often. The car probably had no service done to it.
