I was so impressed by his work ethic and appreciative of his respect of my time and his efforts to help me. I work from home and my daughter does online school. So we need to have internet access. His positive attitude, willingness to consult others for options and drive to solve our issue is unmatched! Internet connection was spotty at best. I had decent signal strength but most of the time without internet. Service is not worth the fee.
