I had two reps that helped me. I was trying to connect my Xbox but had a hard time and both customer care reps were very help and stayed on the phone or offered to dig into the situation further we ending up solving the problem and happy to be able to game while I camp!!!

I could never get this to work, at all. The regular Apple network worked great compared to this. There was no phone number offered for assistance, don’t waste your precise currency on this crap, I want my money back! Major rip-off. Dave

I am a new client to Tengo and I called about an urgent problem on a site that they don’t have a contract for but Bobby went out of his way to patiently walk me through trouble shooting a system that he was not familiar with. In the end, we were able to get the WiFi back up and now several hundred guest have reliable WiFi for the weekend. I’m very grateful. Switching to Tengo is looking like a great decision.
