I called in to ask how I could get the upgrade on the WIFI service that is provided by the Campground we are staying for a month and a half. I explained who I was calling and I was very fortunate to get Russell to help me through the process electronically. I cannot say how grateful I was to have him guide me, he clearly explained the details of the upgrade. Then after all that he took the time and patience to walk me through it step by step. We are Senior Citizens and he was so very patient and took his time. We were truly impressed with this level of Great Customer Service. Thank you again Russell, I sincerely appreciated everything! Getting connected to TengoInternet is easy but speeds, even purchased packages, are very slow with many dropouts that sometimes last over an hour. Calling for help will usually result in a
Tengo equipment restart which helps for a few hours, then the issues start presenting again. The service is not expensive for a months service, but the network is unusable for working from home. I have also found many dead spots in the parks. This issue does seem to be getting a little better.
