Ashley from support was great and got us up and running...still having issues with my gaming phone as it will not connect or drops the connection in very short order and has difficulty finding the network.

Support was awesome. Understood & quickly helped with my problem - getting free access using a coupon code. Internet itself is slow & often "flakey" in this large rv park. Not sure if I would be happy paying rates given on tengo login page.

The service technician knew I was calling about not having internet service, said they were aware of the issue. But wouldn’t it be nice if there was some estimate of how long it would take to repair? Or maybe a text message to inform me that internet was down and what they were going to do to fix it?
