I felt like the customer service representative was annoyed when I reached out for help, which made the phone call uncomfortable. It was when I asked him straight out, why he seemed annoyed to help me, his attitude noticeably changed, and he became more willing to help. While I appreciated the shift in tone, It was very disappointing that it took me addressing his attitude, for the situation to improve. Not cool. My suggestion for that specific employee would be, If you’re not happy doing what you’re doing, it’s probably time to make a change. A positive attitude goes a long way!
