We were having difficulty getting logged into the campground internet service. We phoned the Customer Service representative at the provided number, and he was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through all the steps to get internet access and waited patiently as I entered all the required information and ensured all was working properly before cordially bidding us goodbye. I only wish I could remember the representative’s name so he could get the proper kudos for a job very well done!
