Internet connection is not steady. Always tells me I'm connected but without internet. I've been connected to my mobile service the most part of the time. We have been here since oct.22 and will leave nov.3rd. We have had trouble our whole stay.

I do not know if the internet everywhere in the park is as poor as mine, but mine continually lags, buffers, stops, and indicates no internet. I have called Tengo internet probably ten times reporting the same issue. The customer service agents are friendly enough, but the issue is never resolved. I can't watch any live TV and most movies will not play without stopping several times during the show. So overall I would rate the service as poor.

The system's sign in system failed to allow me to log on after the initial account signup on the Cherokee State park. Call support and received exceptional, persistant assistance from Vincent in Austin TX. It took 55 min to get my laptop on the network but he kept at it untill we succeeded. Vincent is to be commended.
