Honestly couldn’t imagine having another pram/stroller now!

It’s safe to say Icandy is elite and in a league of their own. Their travel system is designed with both the parent and baby in mind. The attention to detail, the aethestic, the practicality, the functionality and the ease of every component sets Icandy apart.

I’m so happy we are starting our parenting journey with Icandy and I’ve been nothing short of impressed from testing them out, to ordering, delivery and customer support.

Loved this pram for my little girl. Used it for years. I once had an issue with the wheels locking and the customer service was amazing, they talked me through the problem and was fixed straight away. Really easy to use and she was always so cosy.

Cover arrived quickly, fitting I think could be a tiny bit bigger, because fitting it was a struggle as it’s a snug fit. Just found it needed a bit more give to it, although over time it will probably stretch.

Edited to add following icandy response-
Semantics, it’s clear I meant the top part of the handle, as replacing the whole thing would mean replacing the chassis as it’s attached. The system comes with wheels to be used on uneven terrain, yet a bit of debris stops them working. Supposed to be easy to use, with multi functionality and longevity. Unless it gets slightly dirty (even though it doesn’t steer properly with the small wheels either, which I don’t take off-road), can’t function off-road without needing a deep-clean (I have hosed it down several times after going somewhere muddy/dirty), and only lasts a few months at most because the issues arise again. I also have a Babyjogger and an Emmaljunga and neither of those have had any problems after taking them on uneven terrain.

Yes, the replacement handle solved one issue, which has now happened again, but it hasn’t solved the issues of rattling, bad steering and temperamental fold, which have now injured me.

Unfortunately the price point does not reflect the quality.


I purchased the icandy core full system in Autumn last year, baby was born mid December. I have sent it back to icandy either two or three times, and I’m going to have to send it back again. It has been the same issues each time. Doesn’t steer, fold is stiff, handle doesn’t lock in place properly. I have actually hurt my shoulder pushing it this time because it won’t steer properly. Considering the price point, I would expect the product to actually work, and for the issues to be rectified rather than being fobbed off, icandy have only replaced part of the handle and cleaned the wheels, which I had obviously already tried. I have sent several pictures/videos of the issues, but they apparently don’t exist. I’ve just contacted my retailer again and have said I want the chassis replaced this time, as it’s obviously faulty.

I’ve been a parent for over 14 years, and have been through many pushchairs and I’ve never had so many issues, even with second/third hand ones. First time with icandy though, wish I’d stuck to my guns and gone with a Bugaboo, but the store I purchased from had an icandy rep in and he was very convincing.

I like the pram when it’s working, it’s lovely to push. But obviously the issues I’m having make it unusable, and icandy don’t care.
