We went to the baby show at Olympia. Zoe at the iCandy stall helped us and we were blown away with how helpful she was. She was so patient and gave us all of the options. She listened to what we liked and had so much time for us. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Absolutely brilliant, especially for us who are first time parents she was the perfect person for us to speak to! Thank you Zoe!

I went to the BBy show at Olympia with my daughter to buy a twin pram.
Kath on the stand eas amazing, very knowledgeable and showed us all the ways tge orange I candy can be organised. She advised us to go to other stands to check the car seats before deciding.
When we came back, she remembered what t we had liked and was able to guide a member of staff to order exactly what we had asked for.

Attended the baby show at Kensington Olympia, Cath gave a great demonstration, took great time to show us the capabilities of the buggy and all the modcons, the icandy orange 4, was not my first choice however seeing what it can achieve wow! Is not to be missed!

Customer services advisor polite and helpful, easy to sort a return. Company no longer sell part I needed, but explained where I could look to get one.

Like others we had some serious issues with the wheels. We had the I-candy all terrain and bought it new from John Lewis. Then when we had our second baby we bought new all the second baby attachment. It was the double wheel attachment which we wanted to use when we had our second. It shakes violently and would randomly lock up causing the pram to lurch forward. Unusable with a newborn. After weeks we got it looked at and I was told some screws got tightened up. We still had the issue so I was told snottily ‘it passed the basic standards testing’ so no more was needed. Our friends gave us their second hand double pram. Choosing I-candy was an extremely costly mistake for us.
