"Great customer service from Shore"

Ordered a wetsuit from Shore, which, after a couple of uses developed a small issue. When I contacted Chris at Shore, they were first class with the customer service.
A couple of photos to confirm the issue, item returned free of charge, and a replacement arrived this morning, all within 24 hours. Very impressive, and highly recommended. Thank you for a great service.

"Great response to damage in transit"

Unfortunately the surfboard I ordered was dented in transit. Chris at Shore was great to deal with, he reassured me the damage was not too serious and offered a very reasonable discount too.

As it happens I ended up spending the discount almost straight away with Shore, on a boardbag, which arrived quickly with no issues. Wouldn't have done so if the initial service wasn't so good.

"I have tried to exchange a product… now have to pay for a refund"

I have tried to exchange a product that is too small but they do not have the larger size in stock. As a result of this I now have to pay to return the item as exchanges are free but returns are not.
Just been told its not their fault that they don't have all of the sizes.......... guess it must be my fault then?????? Very rude.
Awful customer services, I only used this company because of their free exchange policy which means absolutely nothing if they don't carry the stock.

"Great store and shout out to Ross!"

This review is basically a shout out to Ross who helped me buy my latest sup board "Starboard Lite Tech 10.5" a few months back, he said it was a great board and yes I love it, so thank you. Shore team ever thought of adding a offering loyalty card scheme, although this might encourage me to spend even more! Keep up the good work!

First time ordering from this company. Ordered t-shirts for my husband and sons for Christmas. Lovely selection, good quality and really good prices. Excellent service as I received them the next day! Can’t fault this company and would definitely use them again 👍.

"Care! T&C's allow them to increase the price of discounted goods before they dispatch them (and they'll take the sale price value from your bank account before contacting you about it!)"

Interesting to read in other reviews that I'm not the only person you've been dishonourable with on goods you've offered at a sale price. Going to small claims court was not a threat, it was a course of action Citizens Advice suggested I take after you didn't follow your own T&C's but instead just took my money. Yes you did refund me, but according to your T&C's you wouldn't take any money if you've made a "mistake"? I have subsequently purchased exactly the same old stock for a similar price which you originally "mistakenly" advertised it for. (and it has never retailed at £350+ even when it was released in 2019) I was naive in believing all my costs could be recovered if I made a claim but clearly you're not. Please note you chose to refund me, I didn't request it. I note your T&C's remain the same so that after people have committed to purchasing the goods and paid for them, at the sale price you've offered them at, you can contact them and insist they pay any price you choose before you're prepared to dispatch them.

Sharp business practise. Look elsewhere online. Purchased advertised old stock at 50% off. Payment taken from my bank account. Subsequently contacted informing me that goods would not be dispatched until I paid full price -5%. Could have bought elsewhere for less. Cost and time of taking them to small claims court prohibitive and they know it. I'd give them -1 stars if I could for being dishonourable and wasting my time.

"Superb Service and Lovely People"

I'm a first time kayak buyer, contacted the team at Shore and have to say an absolute pleasure to deal with. They keep large stocks (even during these times of supply issues) – I ordered a kayak on the Thursday and it was delivered by 10am on the Friday! A lovely chap from Shore called Oli delivered it and carried it through to my back garden. Superb service and knowledge and will be my go-to for all future purchases. Thank you!

"First time buyer"

First time buyer of wetsuit. Found the info/videos on the Shore site very good and armed with this info intrepidly ordered what I gauged was the right size. The suit arrived promptly and I v-carefully unpacked it (worried it would need to go back). It fits brilliantly. Happy customer.

"Winter Wetsuit order"

Wetsuit order - I ordered my winter wetsuit which with all the will in the world was not going to fit, I returned the package 'next day signed for' which was a Friday and received my refund on the following Monday, the only downside was it cost me £11 to return due to no returns label offered & the value of the item / proof of delivery however, the order itself was very quick and my refund was promptly made, I would use Shore again.
