"They strike yet again"

They strike yet again! Not only have you cancelled my garden furniture order you continued to take further payments from my card today.
You also run a competition on your FB page offer garden furniture as the prize nothing like a slap in the face for those you haven’t honoured the contracts with!
Also I hope nobody has to deal with the jobs worth Manager lol she really needs training in dealing with customers and using a signature on their emails as it’s very unprofessional especially for a so called manager.
I also still waiting for contact after my last review!

"NIGHTMARE COMPANY"

This company fitted my floors about a year and a half ago and it was ruined so they had to replace it. The second time was just as bad and resulted in my pet getting injured costing me a HUGE amount of money in vet bills. The company admitted guilt in this and offered to replace the floor in which I refused as this would be the third time unlucky. The fitters were smoking drugs outside my house when I had my small children present. They have also refused to give me my money back and were incredibly rude on the phone and lied about my rights.

I am on a low income and suffer with major disabilities and paid well over £1000 for this floor in which I cannot afford to replace.

To summarize, if you want poor flooring, injured pets and your children high as a kite then go with this company.

Unfortunately the star system doesn't go in minus.

Take care out there.

"Poor Service"

I am very disgusted with the service so far I was on hold for 20mins before my call was answered to then be told the fitter has called in sick so therefore the blinds will not be fitted when asked to speak to a manager no one was available and I was advised i will receive a call back from a team leader.
My complaint will be taken further

"Where do I begin..❌❌"

Where do I begin...

I have been paying for garden furniture since last year with My Pay Weekly which I hit the deposit criteria to have it delivered. Last week I paid more money off and was told my furniture would be delivered in 5-6 weeks time.

I’ve made sure every payment has been made on time.

I called earlier to pay my weekly amount as the app isn’t set up properly to take payments yet and paid the amount followed by me asking when will my furniture be delivered do you have a date yet to be placed on hold for a few minutes to be told that unfortunately your furniture will not be delivered as we can’t source anymore into the country...

I am so upset, I’ve paid over £500 so far to this company and never once been informed but from ready reviews on here and a number of other review sites I discovered this has been a common issue.

No phone call to inform me, no email and no letter received to inform me of this.

My money has been sat in this companies account earning interest whilst I’ve been paying every single week.

I asked to speak with a manager as the only option was to cancel or choose something else, I was told it’d take 24hrs for a call back. I then have since contacted one of the directors of My Pay Weekly directly to find the message has been read but no reply.

The service is awful. This matter has now been taken further and currently awaiting a call from my solicitor.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Apparently my complaint won’t be dealt with by the directors as that’s what they employ managers for and a manager called Joanne has my case but still awaiting a call.

When purchasing the furniture I signed a legal binding contract and verbally accepted all terms and conditions. (These I have printed and filed this morning)

It’s crazy that a company of this size has been taking my money knowing full well that they won’t be fulfilling the contract.

Disgusting, a television production company is also looking to cover this story so please do contact me if you have been effected. Chris.Gentile @ outlook.com

I would like this resolving today in full with my furniture ordered and delivered or compensation plus the interest.

A view of taking legal action from here on.

I bought a double bed from them and was pleasantly suprised how good the mattress was .It was very deep and good quality . I would reccomend my pay weekly to everyone . Good quality and great service.

"Great service from start to finish"

My pay weekly has provided a good customer service from start to finish. Queries have been responded to efficiently by a very friendly lady! Had a combination of laminate and wrap around carpets on the stairs, the fitters worked relentlessly, very friendly and even cleaned up after themsleves. Lovely quality. Over the moon with the products. Recommended and would use again in the future :) - Louise

My granddaughter ordered carpets 3 times they made appointment to fit them and never turned up . Her partner took time of work
They took the money and still no carpets the fitter just loed

"Had an absolutely shocking time dealing…"

Had an absolutely shocking time dealing with this company. I got hall flooring laid in August but the fitter put it down squint. Since telling them the same night that the flooring had been mislaid, they've fobbed me off and lied repeatedly. They have booked remedial appointments 3 times now. The first person turned up, agreed it needed fixed but then didn't write the report. The second, in January, called the night before the appointment to say that he could tell from the photos that the flooring was squint and he would write a report based off of that. He didn't. The third time the fitter just didn't show up at all. On the 4th of March I was told they were going to refund the money and it would take 3-5 working days. When it wasn't in, I called again to be told it could take 7 working days. Via Facebook messenger I was told various times that the payment was processed on the 4th. On the 19th I called again to find out what the hold up was and I was told that the payment had not been processed on the 4th after all. I was told it would be processed on the 19th and it would take 3-5 working days. Then when that passed, I was told 7 working days. That has now passed as well and I still don't have my refund.
I have put complaints on their Facebook page but they keep deleting them alongside other negative comments.
Overall I've had terrible communication from this company on top of lies. I've contacted the financial ombudsman in the hopes they can rectify this. I would not recommend using this company, it isn't worth the stress.

"Excellent service from start to finish"

Excellent service from start to finish. I booked my initial appointment as a friend had just had some flooring fitted from MPW. We managed to get an appointment same day and Darren was really polite and friendly, really helpful too. We ordered the floor and was told what would happen next, fitting day arrived I was messaged the day before by the fitter with a half hour window of arrival. The fitters arrived on time and did a superb job.

Will definitely use again.
