Great company! From the rep coming to measure up for our new carpet, staff handelling calls quickly, clearly set out payment plans to the fitter doing a fantastic job. Everything was easy and straight forward, now my living room is finished I'll definately be using again for furniture. Thanks mypayweekly

The guy who came to measure and quote, and the fitter who put up my blinds were both amazing. The blinds themselves are fantastic and I am very pleased with them.
The only reason for not being five stars is because of the person in the office who answers the emails and feels sarcasm and adding smilies to replies is professional. It's not!

So if there was a zero to rate I would of put that. After paying towards my Garden furniture which has been ordered for a year now. I've gone to pay the rest to get the furniture dispatched to the be told we have discontinued your garden furniture. No one has told me this and I've a phoned them a fair few times this has left me in a rubbish position. If I was told well in advance I could of sorted something else. I will never use this company again I'm so disappointed. The lady that told me didn't even apologise not that that would make any difference what's so ever. So thanks again pay weekly

So after months of paying for our garden furniture weve finally got to the point of delivery to now be told our item is no longer available so waiting on refund why sell people items let them pay months and months of payments for the goods they ordered and wanted to then tell them ur item was assigned to another customer and we have none left and dont know if were getting any back in stock then try get me to swap the money over to another item or carpet no mate I ordered the item for a reason because thats what i wanted my advice to any one wanting to go with this company stay clear not worth a penny

My Pay Weekly has given an excellent service from start to finish from the first visit . The choice of carpets alone was great and the fitting was was very quick and friendly .The overall customer service has been excellent .I would highly recommend .

Not sure about this company, definately dont feel j can trust them, which is not a good sign already. Just had a consultation, wasnt aware of how much the fitting costs are for laminate flooring , my lounge and corridor. 750 pounds quoted. That's not the cost of laminate, but I have to pay the cost of labour first, before I can have the carpet down; which is why I feel the previous positive reviews are false. They distinctly lack any detail what so ever, those apparent positive reviews; have absolutely nothing in them at all!! Yes all false, they all denote very similar wording and phraseology. BUT ,I also feel they are going to run off with my labour money, yes that's how I feel!!! I geuss my pay weekly are assuming all lay by customers are illiterate and thick and desperate. No ones pointing out the big level cost of labour first, which is omitted from the initial contact etc. Which is why I have booked an appointment with a legit local carpet/laminate fitter, with samples to come next week.the other reviews, said similar things of poor quality of products and constant lack of communication with My Pay weekly etc and more. The negative reviews, have infinite detail and consistently talk of poor quality of goods. Yes I am skint (not completely skint, but being careful right now) with bad credit for now, (also working on that too) but am happy to build up with a local company, giving them a few quid a week, until I v reached my total, for then, to come and lay down my laminate and carpet. Reading all the reviews and going all over social media to research etc; well its the same on the surface wording for the 'positive reviews' and the negative reviews, well its individual honest wording. Such a difference. Ok, have decided , I m not going with Payweekly, sod em....I may not have alot of money but I am honest, unlike the feeling that this company has left me feeling. Oh well, work harder save harder, no big deal. I can wait for my laminate flooring and carpets from a legit local company . Be aware, this is not a transparent company .
Have had to come back and add to this review of this very shady company. I very very recently changed my mobile number, I only have a handful and the usual doctors, dentistcetc to give my new phone number. Also this company, so since then I have had strange phone calls where no one answers, different numbers and withheld also. Also fake texts. Apparently from royal mail, asking for my details for money, so I can receive my parcel. What parcel? I havnt ordered ANYTHING!!!! So someone's giving out my number, but it's only this company that I have had contact with in 2021 so far, it being 24/3/21 today.

So not only did I have problems with the sofa being delivered every time I called I got told someone would be in touch then they didn’t my sofa was delivered I wasn’t even aware no email or call so I wasn’t prepared I have a rip under the sofa that is a 1,121 sofa to be told they don’t take money off but they will take £30 off I’ll have to Sow it up myself absolutely disgusting will definitely not be using again an will not advice anyone to I’ve never been so messed around not happy at all
