"Had my carpets fitted just over a week…"

Had my carpets fitted just over a week ago. When the fitters had left I noticed they had damaged my freshly decorated skirting boards and my TV aerial. I contacted the company to be offered a paltry £30, the paint will cost that. I had the work done by a decorator so to pay him will probably be another £80/100 plus the cost of the new aerial socket. Not happy

Ive meet had such a bad service before. You pay for a item and they can't get hold of it you end up paying for something you will never get. I will never ever use this company again and urge anyone else not to eather. They take your money noing they carnt give you the product

I've never had a problem with My pay weekly company they are so kind and helpful and the carpets / flooring blinds etc are really good also the fitters are really friendly aswell

"AVOID - POOR QUALITY AND APPALLING SERVICE!!"

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is appalling. They delete all negative comments on their social media - ever noticed how the reviews tab is switched off - if you use them you’ll know why! They fitted carpet to my stairs and back bedroom on 04 September 2020 and just 5 weeks later the carpet was worn and discoloured! We are only a 2 adult household. No foot traffic. So we still in Jan 2021 haven’t used the back bedroom as we are waiting for them to sort out. Sounds simple. But no.

Firstly, the original fitter no showed FOUR TIMES. The carpet went down and I stated it didn’t feel as ‘fluffy’ as the samples. He said then ‘new supplier now’.

After 9 weeks I decided to contact them and get the carpet replaced. I had to wait 5 weeks for a fitter (two of them) to review and as they said covid delays - okay I understand.

The two fitters came on 20 January 2021 and confirmed the carpet was poor quality and ‘old stock’ they changed supplier due to the same issues. So they’d replace.

After a week I heard NOTHING. So chased. Was told another fitter would come for a 3rd option - considering 2 came and I’m within the 6 month Consumer Act is absolutely ridiculous.

They agreed a date Wednesday 03 February 2021 and guess what. NO SHOW. The guy text - no called - to say Saturday. Guess what NO SHOW AND NO TEXT/CALL. In fact, I’m now he’s ignoring my texts and calls.

The online customer service team continue so say ‘someone will call’. Now on Tuesday 09 February 2021. Guess what. NO CALL.

I AM GOING DIRECTLY TO TRADING STANDARDS. My first complaint for a replacement was on 12 October 2020. Just 5 weeks after fitting. Here I am 23 weeks after and they haven’t even had the decency to confirm replacing. I’m now at the point I want the to take it all away and issue a full refund.

I feel sorry for anyone that has this carpet in a living room or has children! It will wear within weeks!! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!

"Avoid at all costs"

I used this company a couple of years ago so when I moved i thought no problem using them again ..... wrong .First of all the blinds in the property were fitted wrong, they did come out and fix this problem but I now have holes in my pvc that should of never have been there in the first place, they also fitted a floor wrong , ripped it up, gave me a new fitting date and they've not shown . No one is answering the phones , no one emails me back . Avoid this company at all costs

"Is there was a choice for zero stars…"

If there was a choice for zero stars thats what they would get! Awful service seemed great to start with until the day of fitting. Fitters turned up and had to borrow my own tools they have completely messed the stairs carpet up. Not been layed properly it has air pockets, the door trims I had to go round after they left and screw in properly. They removed a door without telling us and just left it in our bathroom and closed the door and it wasn't till they left I went upstairs and found this. They left screw all over the upstairs landing carpet which our children could have stood on. They used nails to attach the bottom stair carpet and where they have done this it is all torn. The overall quality of the carpet is the cheapest you will get aswell as the poor after service. I had arranged refitting of the carpet to which I took the day off work for and no one turned up! I have spent endless hours trying to get through to which you either get disconnected or when you eventually speak to someone they say sorry there is no one here to deal with this we will call you back and never do. And now only seem to get dealt with by email and they only responded ASAP as I mentioned I wanted I full refund! Funny that! And the unprofessional manor to which they message back is disgusting. Stay away. You get what you pay for dont use any of the payweekly services. Unprofessional to say the least!

"6 weeks+ waiting and another excuse on why I have to wait 2 more weeks"

I put a order through for a 2 and 3 seater sofas. Before you get them delivered you have to have paid i believe its £449 which is fair. Well I have paid over £550 now and all I keep getting is you will recieve a call within 7 to 14 days from today, well its been 6weeks still no call and when im calling them explaining I have been told this now for the 4th time they said its because I changed my payment card I have to wait another 7 to 14 days. If I was in arrears I would under stand but im not in arrears at all.

At this point I'd rather a refund of what I have paid so I can get my sofas elsewhere.
