Had a quote in August was happy with the price and the choices of carpets. Due to personal issues I delayed fitting until January. Fitters were excellent and I love my new carpet so much that I got another quote for my bathroom paid deposit on that and will hopefully get it fitted in April. I’m going to do my whole house up. Decent prices easy payments per week have the choice to pay extra to have it fitted sooner. Would recommend to everyone

Absolutely disgusted. Well the rep was friendly to start with explained how it worked etc.. then he gave me prices which I think with a discount was about 480 odd quid maybe a bit less I can’t remember (I would of needed 20m2) so it is a big room. I’m still in shock that after the fact I had I said I think I’m going to leave it, it’s a bit expensive. He rudely said right grabbed his stuff stomped through my flat and slammed my front door shut behind him didn’t say bye or anything. I didn’t even have chance to see him out or apologise for wasting his time. This company is a complete rip off taking advantage of people’s financial situations. As it happens I now have found a good quality carpet with underlay and free fitting for £160 bought out right from a carpet company that sells discounted carpets. Please stay clear, shop around and and save a bit of money a week to buy a carpet outright somewhere else. Rather than paying these rip off merchants £10 a week.

Worst company stay clear !!!! I have a double bed from them it was broken not long after getting it, the slats kept snapping at bottom they waited until my last payment and refused to fix it . Also got a wardrobe it was all chipped and scratched taking it out the box was told to send pictures they done nothing about it and refused to replace or take back and still expecting payments no chance !!! They laid a carpet in my living room so bad none of the fitters had face masks either. The carpet is all bumpy round the sides It’s horrible . Then not to forget their representative was inappropriate on two occasions and they did nothing about that either absolute sham of a company and I honestly hope they get their karma they deserve and this company goes bust !!!! Reading all the other reviews I’m absolutely disgusted how they treat their customers especially the disabled . You can never get them on the phone either !! You will be waiting hours but if you miss a payment please believe they will call you ASAP , you will be getting nothing else from me 😡Absolute predators praying on the vulnerable
