"Had my laminate flooring laid yeturday…"

Had my laminate flooring laid yeturday in my living room it’s a discrace it looks like I have a set of stairs in my room the way they laid it not professional at all. I had a set of gloss floating shelf’s on my wall that had just been put up the day befor and they took a chunk out of it and totaly denied it. Accidents do happen but to deney and lie about it is just not on. I have to get a joiner to redo my full floor. This is not on I have had my kitchen done by them not a problem with this but my living room floor is a discrace and totaly rushed hour and half to do nd they where quick to leave

I'm disabled do not use they come across friendly then say that they will accept monthly pay here I am taken a day of work and I received an email saying order cancelled and they have tried contacting me several time lies. I've ask for refund but told its needs to be paid before fitting even tho they received 40 pound deposit know I will be going to a small county court as I have proof in an email it was agreed. Do not use. Just wish I checked the reviews there now trying to msg me on trust pilot pretending to be genuine. Dont be fooled

"A disgraceful company"

I used this company a few years ago now thinking it was a good idea.How wrong was i!For starters nobody came out to fit carpet we had ordered which was for our bedroom,and we were due to have somebody come out the following day to build our new bed.So in the end we had to rush out and get a cheap carpet from local shop and fit ourselves.Rang up to complain,never got anywhere.And then to add to it all,still to this very day they still keep trying to take money out of my bank account!Only this morning infact they have indeed taken my last £10 from my account leaving me with nothing!I have been in touch with my bank several times to try and get these blocked as I can't believe they are still doing it!Taken money 3 years down the line for a carpet we never even had!!An absolute joke of a company!!I shall be taking this further as it is discusting.I would never recommend to anybody...Ohh and update..I called the company yet again today to then be transfered over to a different department where they said I would get money refunded.Lady said she would speak to her colleague and call me back..and NOTHING!Absolute joke!No explanation as to why they are still trying to take money from an account 3 years down the line and especially when there was never any carpet or service provided!Outrageous!😡😡

£900 of my daughters money, then a couch that she ordered doesn’t turn up on the day promised after we cleared out her old one.( no apology and many tears ) Asked the idiot on the other end of the phone ( after being on hold an hour ) if they employed monkeys with typewriters only to be told no, I suggested they then should as they would do a better job! By sheer chance ( I work in the courier transport business ) I happened to know the guys delivering it and contacted them direct to find out where it was only to be told they had us booked in but not until January and this is a constant problem apparently and all this after booking it jan 2020 for Christmas delivery. Moral of the story, they fed me full of lies on the phone and the delivery manifest backs this up. The carpet side may seem to be doing okay but the sofa side is a joke, P.S, go direct to their suppliers and you can get the same stuff less than half price. Thank god for trustpilot.
PPS. Couch rejected and financial ombudsman fighting for my money back and I took my daughter out and bought her one ex display from another store for a lot less money and so her and my grandchildren ( one is disabled ) had somewhere to sit on Christmas day. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS.
On a final note, MPW, don’t bother replying as I have taken legal action and cannot comment and secondly your words mean nothing to me as I am well aware you lie through your teeth as proven.

I booked an appointment for carpet over a month ago to get fitted 23rd December to then receive a text just before 4pm saying it’s been rescheduled for another 2 weeks! So now we have no carpet in the house as had to take it up I also had to call them to see what is happening as the text got sent when I phoned them! This is not good enough!

I just had my flooring done by my pay weekly and I absolutely love it. I hade a gorgeous grey laminate laid down and I'm in love. The fitters were very helpful in sorting out wonky floors.

Wouldn’t even rate a star if I could, awful customer service, booked 2 separate days off work for the carpet to be fitted, both times the fitter turned up and realised he hadn’t been given the carpet which I’ve paid and ordered for! Will now have to wait a further 3 weeks for the carpet to come. Placed order and paid the required half off the carpet and further weekly payments in November and STILL waiting for the carpet as the company continue to make mistakes! Requested refund however they only give partial refund if you cancel order, so I’m in a loose loose situation. I even suggested I collect the carpet and have it fitted myself which they still won’t allow!! No apology from the company, AWFUL company, would not recommend!
