The fitter who fitted my blinds today was so polite and professional he cleaned up after himself wiped his feet on the way into my house and wore his mask the whole time. So happy fully reccomend thank you well done 😊😀

Have just been notified that my fitting has been cancelled. Having arranged the date 3 months ago, and having paid a deposit, & not having the product I ordered. Pay weekly excuse, is that it is now out of stock.

Instruct the Financial Obudsman, so that I can get my deposit back

Never hered anything like it . I Wanted a carpet . Before I got it i pay 40 deposit then 10 pound a week until 260 pound is payed then I reseved my carpet in 26 weeks . What a joke .... as for my reply from my pay weekly I rang as asked to do so on my review and was told that's just how we work . so you pay 260 pound and wait 6 month for your carpet and them pay another 300 pound at 10 pound a week no thanks

Amazing service! Both men who came to fit the carpet were very polite and friendly and followed current COVID-19 rules which I was very pleased with and the carpet it’s self is lovely Thankyou so much!

Absolutely fuming 5 times they cancelled the fitting then a fitter came to put the stair carpet down .he put the underlay down then realised he did not have enough carpet so he ripped the underlay up threw it outside but left the grippers down and staples all over the stairs I have emailed them and sent photos but now they are saying its my fault .do not buy from these

"Absolute scam artists"

Absolute scam artists. Happy to take your money for a carpet but if you have to rearrange (NOT CANCEL....REARRANGE) fitting they make life a living hell. Over £500 down the drain not to mention the cost of getting replacement from a reputable company because they will not answer the phone for a new date then tell you it's your own fault. Contact them by email stating I cannot be contacted before 4pm due to work.... phone at 12pm and act all innocent "oh we called on such and such a date and got no answer". 80% of the cost my foot, absolute highwaymen!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
