"Massively recommended!!"

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! The rep measured, help decide best colours and went though all contract information really throughly. He wore ppe all throughout and brought some for me too. The fitting date was then arranged to my convenience. The fitters arrived and took around 3 hours to fit a very large living room. Again extremely polite, talked through what we wanted and helped make decisions. They cleaned as they worked and left no mess at all for us. They couldn't of been any more professional, again wearing ppe throughout and making sure to follow covid guidelines.

"Minus star Rating for these people"

The rep came measured up, gave me a quote of 309.72 I paid 25.00 deposit and the weekly payment was to start the following Wednesday I also paid another £40.00 because I wanted to pay the pre fitting charge of £177.27 so within 4 working days of the signed payment plan I had paid £75.00. which left £102.00 before fitting could be arranged (hopefully before christmas). I received the agreement on 23rd October which only stated the quoted price less the deposit and 7 1/2 pages of the legal stuff. I went online and registered my account and was horrified to see total different pre fitting charge had gone up to £222.59 the total bill was only £309.59 so I rang them and got a phone call back, I was asked if the pre fitting charge had been explained (but at that time I did not have the payment plan with me) I said it was but as far as I could remember it was not that high (at 68 and with all the figures being thrown at me by a very chatty rep) I honestly could not remember the exact amount. The operator did say that if I was not happy that I could cancel but I had not read the legal jargon so declined. It was after reading the legal jargon and getting a second opinion that I e mailed My Pay Weekly and cancelled the Agreement (85.00) having been paid. I received a phone call today informing me that I had not cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period and would only receive £25.00 refund, I pointed out that no goods had been ordered so why should I lose £60.00 I also pointed out that I only received the agreement on the 23rd, she went to speak to someone and then came back and said I would receive £60.00 but would lose my deposit. After the phone call I checked my phone record got my original signed payment plan out and notice the discrepancies, I have now e mailed them and quoted that under clause 8.2 I have the right to cancel with a full refund as they My Pay Weekly changed the agreed finance part of my payment plan without my authorization or informing me. I would give this company a minus star rating if I could. So I have tried to speak to someone after My Pay Weekly responded to my review, someone was supposed to ring me back but that has not happened. Just shows no communication skills either. I have just received a telephone call informing me I will get a full refund .

"Absolute joke"

Absolute joke!
They don’t tell you that you have to pay a pre fitting payment of almost half of what you purchase. They get a colleague round to measure and go through all the payments to then sting you £400+ fitting payment before they come round to fit any flooring. And then once you go ahead and pay for the fitting, they don’t show up on the fitting day. Took a day off work to sit around waiting for the fitters for them not to turn up. Was told they would turn up the following day (Saturday) which then ruins plans made for the weekend. Floor still hasn’t been laid. Fuming!
Oh..and they was quick enough to take the first 2 weekly instalments too. If only they was quick enough to come and fit the floor!

"If I could rate this no stars I would"

If I could rate this no stars I would. Ordered and paid for a mirrored sliding wardrobe, took over a year from payment completion to receive due to various factors. Once received it came flat packed and not built as was shown, then they send the wrong one! Only to be told it’s discontinued and they’d have to “maybe” source from the manufacturer, which could take a couple of week. I’ve paid someone to come build this in 2 days. Unhelpful and uncaring staff. A complete disaster and a joke!

"5 Star Service From My Pay Weekly"

Had my laminate flooring fitted today, I absolutely love it, didn't wait long at all for fitting date. Fitters were fab and did an excellent job. Very happy customer will definitely be using again and recommending to Family and Friends. Thanks so much My Pay Weekly 😍

"DOES OPPOSITE TO WHAT THEY STATE ON WEB PAGE"

It clearly states on their Facebook page that no deposit is required yet when you go to place an order your asked for a £40 deposit then told that you have to pay a prefitting payment before they deliver and fit your goods ... so clearly they do the complete opposite to what they state if you already pay a deposit why should you have to make another payment before you receive your goods and have them fitted that’s exactly what a deposit is for !

My pay weekly have been great last year i had my blinds fitted couldnt fault them so decided to have my floors done aswell in my kitchen and bathroom service was amazing everything looks fab fitter was very friendly and helpful will definitely use again in the future
