Using MyPayWeekly is so easy! My personal circumstances meant that I couldn’t afford to pay for my floors throughout my home all at once and this is by far the BEST alternative.
From speaking to customer service, to the agent who measured and the fitter they where all incredible. The fitters where so professional, kind and courteous (even interacting with my newborn). The product and job was finished to such a high standard and was amazing quality. The price is perfect and there’s options to suit everyone.
I’m already using them again and look forward to the next room being completed.
I would 100% recommend anyone to use MyPayWeekly🏠

"No one turned up for appointment after…"
No one turned up for appointment after i rung them twice the day of fitting to comfirm it. No one rung to let me no been on hold for hours now still not spoke to anyone. Ripped my old carpet and took a day off work lost days money for nothing im fuming its a p*** take!

Started of with a salesman who by all accounts hadn’t come to quote my room but to quote and confirm with deposit, he said fitting time was roughly 3 weeks after paying over £600 he changed the next available fitting to over 7 weeks away. Credit to someone who did get this fitting date brought forward for me however after the fitter didn’t turn up 3 times and failed to contact me 6 times I started to loose patience especially since you can never get through to anybody on the phone lines and if you are lucky enough to speak to someone they will fob you of with it’s someone else’s department and they will get back to you- usually 3 days later. The 4th fitting day finally arrived And wow what a mess they left my room scratches all over my newly decorated room, sand off cuts all over the floor, off cuts and all there rubbish in my garden. Took me over an hour to clean there mess! There was already chipped bits on laminate laid and a bent door bar? A few weeks on beading has come away from the floor also. After taking of 3 doors only one was put back on when I questioned this the company said I would have to find someone else to do this as it wasn’t there job- also wasn’t there job to inform me that they would leave my doors off and I would have an additional charge to get someone else in to put the doors back on not to mention touch up all the paint work they ruined. The floor itself does look nice if you ignore the beading and chipped bits so overall pretty disappointed In this company and there communication and customer service, the idea is great It’s just not executed very well unless I was just extremely unlucky with all of these errors.
Edit- spoke with Jess this morning she is a credit to your team, the company have offered to come and repair the beading and spoke in-depth about my concerns I have changed the rating to a 3 Because of this. Thank you Jess for your call.
