Service has been fantastic since the 1st gentleman walked through our door to do measurements & was quick at giving us a quote too, we accepted and before you know it my blinds were ready to be fitted, the gentleman that did them were fantastic, very helpful. Can't wait to order my flooring next 😁

"It’s a joke they was meant to come out…"

It’s a joke they was meant to come out on the 7/10/2020 to fit my carpet when I rung up to see why they changed it they told me he had an emergency appointment I argued with them to see if he could come out after the emergency appointment and they told me no so now I have to wait another week for my floor to come I have 2 kids and it’s like they don’t care. Joke it really is please everyone don’t buy anything from them I’ve been waiting since lockdown and I’m still waiting for it to be done

Had my blinds fitted Wednesday 30/9 got a phone call to say he would be 20 mins and he turned up fitted them quickly had good banta with my husband and then when I asked about getting my up stairs done they came out the same day to messuare great and quick service

Very disappointed

I had a fitting booked in for a tuesday waited in all day the fitters turn up and lay on out of two carpets. Left with no appointment booked in to return. So after a whole day of trying to get hold of one of the team I get told I'm in a queue and they will call back I said no I'm on the phone I'd like an appointment made now so that happened and all was ok untill no one showed up to fit it and I was told it was a 2 visit appointment as the grippers needed to be glued and dry before returning to fit the carpet. So another day living with concrete floors another day wasted sitting in all day and I can feel another apology coming from a team that doesn't mean anything as they have done nothing to make it any better or even try to as long as they have there payments we can all just wait for when it suits them to call and fit out carpet. Also the carpet that has been laid has a snag in it so I asked what would be done about this and again no reply nothing. Please people save your money and go somewhere that will put there customers 1st and not leave you and your children with concrete floors and be as rude as to just not turn up and no contact 100% wish I never bothered. Please pay weekl6carpets dont send me a comment after reading this like you have all the others as it means nothing you have no plan in changing your ways clearly as so many reviews are saying the same thing

I had my hall stairs and landing measured around 10 months ago now and am still waiting for my carpet to be fitted i am so disappointed as ive had fitting dates and every one has been cancelled 5 times i have been let down and i have had to book time off work to be home and told very last minute that the fitter is off sick surly there is more than one fitter ? and i think as a company how can you send an apology and then let your customer down again and again i have paid hundreds and i wish i had gone somewhere else as ive had to live with no carpet for months now and its getting cold and also have small children its really not expectable fair enough once or twice i do appreciate hard times at the moment but 5 times is really bad either give me a full refund or fit my carpet please!!!!!!!!!

"Absolute shambles"

Absolute shambles. Appointment made, the sales person phoned us saying he will be 30mins. 1hr later he phoned us saying he was lost. Couldn't understand a word he was saying... Bruno was his name. Was like speaking to an idiot. Our house has been here for 100yrs on a main road.. Not that hard. Another customer lost..

"Got a hall and stair carpet"

Got a hall and stair carpet, was absolutely fine, wore down really quickly, the carpet has been stretched 4 times, now the carpet has detached from the backing of the carpet, really disappointed in the service I have received, manufacturers seem very hesitant to do anything and sent an independent inspector out, the report has been sent back to the manufacturer but still waiting on a reply
