When we first booked in for our consultation everything was fine, got told if I paid the half (£420) that day they would book me in for fitting for the day after or within a couple of days, paid the money upfront and was expecting my carpets within the week, I didn’t hear anything from them so I called up to be told 1. The carpets we picked they didn’t stock anymore and 2. They didn’t have any available appointments for just over a month away, rightly so annoyed because I’d just been told if I had paid I could of got them within a week etc, we waited for the date to come for the carpets to be fitted (yesterday) had no communication from them, told it was a all day appointment, kept ringing and was on hold for atleast 30+ minutes each time, got to 5pm, rung again, told me they were still coming, by about 6pm we kind of lost hope but no, the fitter turned up at 7:20pm to start banging and fitting the carpets! I wouldn’t of minded but we are in flats (top floor flats may I add) so the noise was silly loud! Done 2 rooms and left the hallway, didn’t tell us he couldn’t do this until literally 10 minutes before he left,he did say though he will go to his container in the morning and said if he’s got the right size he will come back today or his order comes in on Wednesday so will come back then or by the end of the week, said the surveyor measured it wrong? Had to have it re measured today and he said the size is the same so a bit confused who’s wrong but the surveyor sure didn’t think it was his fault, now just been told that there’s no appointments until the 28th, might only be 2 weeks but lies after lies and being told to wait more time when they should of been done over a month ago is unacceptable! Tried to ask for the complaints team earlier on the phone but apparently they are unavailable to talk to🙄 paid £420 and still my carpets are not finished over a month on🤷🏼♀️
UPDATE: fitter said he will be coming out today to fit the carpets but now had a call saying it will be Saturday instead because he hasn’t actually got the carpets, so another day wasted, thanks!!

I complained because my carpet was worn after less than 12 months
I had a fitter come to look he did a report and now after months of being told they were faulty they sent another person to do the same thing again after being told previously to wait for a call to have them replaced
I had to call them they didnt call me after the first report was done saying it was a faulty from the manufacturer and now I cant even get a complaints manager to speak to despite being told a day or so

Had issues after issue with blinds one blind even fell down and landed on me promises of call back from complaints department never happened then promised again of a call back from customer complaints so I swapped my shift and guess what no call back you ask to take to a manager non available I feel they don’t care customer service is non existent got £40 goodwill gesture that was a insult i have had cancelled appointments blinds damaged blonds I’m wrong size rolls and then yesterday wrong colour blind was sent but no one is interested you would think after all the trouble I have had they would make the effort to get in contact

Had 2 fitting dates for someone to lay a kitchen floor and twice nobody turned up and no contact was made to say the appointment wasn’t going ahead. Will now be getting refund and going elsewhere for someone to lay my floor

Really unhappy.
Surveyor came out was very friendly and seemed professional but several issues were missed. I was left with half my carpet as they didn't notice issues with door lengths so needed to rearrange. They smashed my tiles installing carpet grippers so had to go back with them for the rest of the job. Was left without a door they removed after missing how low the door was and another door that doesn't open. Issue after issue. They have agreed to come and resolve them but the whole process was unprofessional and could have been dealt with at initial appointment. Wasn't worth the money and I have cancelled further appointments with them.
