"Still no flooring and not cancelled either"
Everything was going well had the man out to measure my childrens bedroom stairs and landing and living room I paid the deposit upfront on the day so I could get a date quicker as I'd just moved into a property with no flooring waited a few weeks thought ok that's fine couldn't fit my living room in so had a different date not a problem until the fitting day around 10.30am I called in because I presumed they would be here quite early but I then spoke to someone to be told that it had been booked but not confirmed!
Had to then move everything back and waited another 2 more weeks.. Again they didn't bother turning up or even a phone call.. I called up again two weeks waiting then there was confusion because my appointments are on different days asked for the same day but still gave different days so I still have no flooring in my house and I'm down a massive amount of money. I have emailed how this is going to be resolved they said you have a appointment now don't you. Like thats all ok I'm Really so disappointed I wish I went somewhere else and my house would have carpet and wouldn't of caused myself this massive inconvenience!

"Do NOT use this company"
Do NOT use this company. After paying just over 600 for my living room flooring I’ve had nothing but issue after issue. Firstly all the beading come off, and noticed the flooring had a few issues. He came out and repaired it. 2nd time the flooring was splitting apart, a manager came out and had a look. He kicked it back in and said that’s all I’d need to do if it happened again but agreed the flooring needed “tidying “ up a bit as maybe some of the joints were damaged. Floor plates also came off. There was also a dip at my fireplace. After weeks of trying to get hold of someone to sort this complaint out the floor fitter came out yet again to inspect it. Anyway it was decided he was going to come another day and put some fast setting concrete where my fireplace was and at the front door where it was also dipping. He came back about 2 week after and did it. Wow my floor when u walk on it is like being on a rollercoaster. I messaged the lady again who was supposed to be dealing with my complaint in the first place and asked again for my floor to be inspected again. In the meantime I got an independent floor fitter to inspect it who told me straight away it was a really bad job and the flooring is just going to keep splitting because it’s not level. He told me they should really relay it or give me my money back as they have attempted to fix it so many times. Again after many attempts of trying to get hold of the woman to arrange a manager to visit I rang instead fri 25/9 I was told a manager was coming out the next day. No one turned up, only to then receive a text Sunday night to say someone was coming out today 28/9. So the guy turns up. Walks across the floor only to tell me there’s nothing wrong with it! He told me it wasn’t their fault the fireplace it was because of my floor underneath! When I told him their fitter had actually done it he changed his tune completely. I then told him what the independent floor fitter said, his response.... well it’s not split yet, when it does we will then repair it 😡. I am taking this to trading standards and anywhere else that will help me with this issue!! You are a joke of a company who admit your products ain’t that much of a good quality when I said I’ve never ever had another issue with any other flooring I’ve had down. You should give me my money back for all the trouble I’ve had and the floor has only been down just over a year, my problems started within the first few month!! Or later again properly... I will let everyone know how bad use are as a company!!

"Customer service is shocking"
The flooring is stunning however I contacted you on the 3rd september (and nearly everyday since) I sent you photos of damagd your floor fitter did to my kitchen whilst fitting the door strip you told me -I would get a call back, I have messaged daily asking for thos to be resolved amd still waiting. Also was not impressed eitj all the left ovet flooring he left for me to get rid of.

"The worst customer service I have ever received"
I have never received worse service in my life. Un willing to help or put any effort into communicating with me.
I order items in August, a week later I paid the full delivery fee of £454 (thats how they catch you out) and I was then told the item is not in stock I need to wait for their supplier.
The date for stock was the 16th September, since the 16th of September I have had no update.
I email for updates and am told to call the call centre. I have called the call centre over 20 times (literally) and not once gotten through to a consultant to assist. I sit on hold for nearly an hour only for the call to cut, every single time.
requested multiple call backs with no response.
One of those companies that once they have your money you are not their problem anymore. I am shocked at the level of service I am getting, if I could get my money back and go elsewhere I would but unfortunately they wont do that.

Can’t thank my pay weekly enough for my new living room flooring. My flooring was supposed to be put in on the Monday and there was a complication with the van so the guys phoned me and let me know they wouldn’t make it and They came the following day! They kept me up to date of when they were coming. They guys were so friendly, the job was done quickly and it looks amazing. Definitely would recommend! Thanks so much my pay weekly!

AVOID Had to put one star if was up to me i would put none been waiting since June to have my laminate fitted have been booked in 4 times and no show each time Sat in all day waiting every time not a phone call to tell me they weren't coming til I have called them I have no flooring 2 young child and my partner is disabled and struggles everytime he has to pull out my heavy white good for them to not turn up and not even a apology but are quick to take my money it will be paid off in 2 wks
