Very unprofessional! Fitter came to fit carpets even though we had rescheduled for another day. Before i could finish my sentence to explain he stormed off very rudely and walked away! I will now not be buying carpets from here ever again and will proceed to cancel my further appointment!

Had my carpet for 17 months, the quality is only good for a fee months. I am a clean freak constantly hoover and no shoes in my house ! The difference between getting it fitted and what it’s like now is night and day. Don’t buy !

As I've already messaged you regarding my order nearly a year ago , I still never got fixed wht I asked for which was my carpets n messy workman ,apart from that its a good way to pay .

Today I was suppose to have carpet fitted ripped my old 1 up so 2 young kids in the house with no carpet been ringing all day to find out round about time of fitting me and my partner had a day off work gets to 4 o'clock still no sign or phone call so we ring and the women on the phone gets hold of the fitters which lie and say they've been to our house I am not usually 1 to leave reviews but I am absolutely fuming the fitters have not been we have been in all day lost a days wage which is not the end of the disgrace they call a service so we tell them we want to cancel and get our money bk to be told we got to speak to a manager which we have to wait 24hrs for phone call back then also to be told we would be charged cancellation fee for something that is not our fault currently waiting for the phone call from the manager and if we don't receive a full refund with no cancellation charge well be taking this further these are a nightmare to get hold of and no help what's so ever

Terrible service had an issue that noone responds to canceled on me twice last min issue with one room out of 4 looks good but not fit for purpose
