If there was less than one star thats what they would get absolutely terrible service ment to have carpet fitted today (been waiting a month) and still waiting and its 7pm so not getting done today and I've waited in all day I will be requesting my money back and going to a better company !!!! And also contact with them all I got told was cant get through to fitter they will call u 30 mins before sounded like a bloody robot !!!!!!

Placed an order for garden furniture in March I think it was orapril at the latest. Paid the deposit to get it asap as my daughter was graduating. Long stor short now told still won't have it till September. I cancelled my order was messed around and now summer i's over. Thanks for ruining my summer and my daughters graduation that she worked 3 years for.
Was advised originally would be 2 weeks delivery. Had many calls moving dates further and further away.

This company is beyond harassing. Somewhere my contact number was passed to them and within a two week time frame I have received 100 voicemails. I she tried to call to request my information is removed yet as soon as I am packed next in line to speak with an advisor the call is cut off. Delete my details please

Used them several times no issue with the company but huge issues with fitters 3 separate fittings 3 separate issues, resolved by calling up and on one occasion a full refund. If it wasn’t for the fitters I would give 5 stars

I have now received a full refund from My Pay Weekly.
My flooring was deemed to be unsuitable on the day of fitting.
After some disagreements about the amounts paid, this was settled satisfactorily. They were even good enough to pay back the initial deposit for the surveyor.
A little friendly advice, before you sign any documentation, take the time to read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions and how they may affect you should you need a refund if things don't go as planned. And for peace of mind. There is a table near the bottom which you should have a look at, if your happy then great stuff.

at first i was very weiry as i read lots of reviews about them being bad.. as i’ve spent nearly £1000 on carpets...i had a lot of trouble getting through to customer service but over all my carpets are absolutely banging!!! so so soft and soo thick! the fitters did an amazing job and i couldn’t thank them enough ! will definitely be ordering for my living room now!!
