So with me was same story last Wednesday they didn't show up texting me that van is broken not able come. Next appointment 24 August Monday nobody show up not even phoned me!I called them many times and ofcourse fitter will call you 30min before and ofcourse they tried contact him but didn't answer. I have small kids I moved away all furniture and white goods and have been left for a week like that. How you can do that to people. Now wondering how fast I get money back because they probably not gonna show up as I read all reviews. So upset I didn't check that before!!!
