"Great company…"

Had 3 carpets fitted from this company (You’ve to pay so much off before you get the actual product and my carpet/Lino fitting fee was included in the price) only one experience that I ran into an inconvenience which was resolved easily and stress free from the customer service team. Would definitely use these again

"Really poor service from this company…"

Really poor service from this company ordered bed and wardrobe. Called to get a delivery was told they were waiting for stock. Got a call some 6 weeks later to say in stock and it would be delivered with bed. Day of delivery bed turned up no wardrobe. I’ve called 3 days on a run to be told I would get an update and callback by 5pm not received any call no date of delivery. I don’t think they have the wardrobe and they are fobbing me off. I will be calling trading standards first thing tomorrow. Not wasting over a hour each day getting through to you people anymore to be lied to and fobbed off.

I ordered a sofa last year in November no credit checks payed a penny deposit and then done my weekly payments and got the sofa in January I am super happy with quality and service five star couldn't recommend more.

I ordered a sofa for £729,paid £20 deposit and was going to pay £10 a week but changed my mind after reading some reviews and my agreement,phoned them the next day was told i could cancel it but will loose £10 so i would only get £10 back so i compained to them about it and was told its in the agreement but i couldnt find it anywhere in the agreement i had to fight to get it back from them which i did in the end,my point is i wasnt told about this at all when i spoke to the sale person on the phone but asked them to prove it but they never did,so be warned be careful when u sign up,they didnt say u would loose money if u cancelled.

Wouldn’t even give one star. The man we had a consultation with, as soon as he entered our property I got bad vibes from him. We had to wear masks/gloves and not touch anything of his without it (fair enough with COVID) BUT.. he without gloves had his hands over our property picking up items including photos of my 8 year old and proceeded to tell me how “cute” she was. Made me feel uncomfortable. Quoted a £400 deposit or there abouts as 3 rooms was going to cost £1300 live in a 2 bed small flat and had to leave out half of it as we went over budget! Very overpriced. Once we said we need to make a decision and need to get deposit he went silent, deleted us from the system got his bags and walked out! Disgusting customer service and tbh was glad to get him out of my house.

Fitting was on time and the fitter was polite and efficient, all work was checked by myself and the fitter cleared up all mess after themselves.
Friendly and reliable.
The carpet has been thoroughly tested by my boys and so far its holding up well. The colour is lovely but it's not as thick as I had hoped.
