Had to write a new will and Nolo (prior online will co. used) doesn't seem to do that any more, and felt like in comparison Trust & Will was a lot less user friendly. For example, it erroneously states that the will must be notarized (not a requirement in my state), and lacks many options that were in the prior Nolo-generated will I had.

Such a great team of Customer Service reps. I initially screwed up by starting to do a trust but then decided to create a will. Casey corrected the order and Chris verified that the trust had been changed back to a will. They should get an award for excellent service!

I was thinking of making out a will as I am widowed and concerned about leaving all my property and finances equally to my children. I started looking for an attorney and was not pleased with the answers I was receiving. I was becoming confused with the conflicting answers and legal terms. My Primary Doctor suggested I look into Trust & Will, which I found easy and strait forward. I am only sorry I did not contact Trust & Will sooner as they saved me time and cost. easy to do,Trust in will does the legal work for you. got it witnessed and notarized no real effort i would recommend it to a friend.

The first part of this statement is not praise but after a few weeks my account was locked out and I could not get back in and so I had to contact a representative of your company and they apologized for the problem fixed it and now I'm able to get into my account whenever I want so that's one thing that I can say that is very good about your representative because they did it very quickly and apologized multiple times

Going in and putting the will together was easy and then making changes before making them final was also easy. Getting set up with a local notary (through trustandwill.com) who came to meet us was also great. Both my husband and I work at home and have busy schedules, so coming to us saved us a lot of hassle and he was absolutely great too!
