On the 12th of January, 2024, I purchased McAfee LiveSafe unlimited licences in the sum of £22.75. Today is the 19th of January, 2024, a week later, and the product is yet to arrive, though my card was charged on the 12th. E-mail has been ignored and phone calls have proved futile and pointless; the staff just fob me off and say the message will be passed on. Jeremy Aronson never returns the calls. Do not use this company. It is a scam.

Dreadful service. Didn't receive the software that I had purchased, emailed several times with no response. Rang twice and spoke to two ladies both promised that a technician person would call me. Nobody called. Gave up in the end and purchased elsewhere. How gard can it be to send a link that gives access to software?

I purchased McAfee total protection on 29th December 2023. The activation key send to by InterSecure didn't work as it is for Singapore/Malaysia region. I have emailed few times without any response. Very poor service!
