He enviado varios correos y no contestan y tampoco han solucionado el problema aunque no conntesten.

I ordered a Mcafee licence six days ago. Nothing came via e mail. I waited two days as directed in the order confirmation. To this day I have phoned 4 times over the last 4 days and have been fobbed off by a very 'helpful and friendly' customer service team who promised every time that somebody would ring back.
Now my current antivirus has expired and no sign of the order that has been paid for. If I could give no stars I would.
