"Customer Service non-existent"

I have used Intersecure for a few years now with no problem, but the latest licence I received was apparently for Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore. I ordered from the UK in sterling so I would have expected a UK licence. I contacted Intersecure many times through email and facebook but received no reply to any of my requests for clarification. Shocking customer service.

I was charged and never received my software. Emailed multiple times, Messaged on facebook NO RESPONSE in any way shape or form. Send me a refund

"Extremely disappointing service"

Although I have always been very happy with the service provided by InterSecure, I purchased McAfee
total protection on the 17th March and have still not received the email with download code Sunday, 24th March. This means that my laptop is currently running without virus etc protection. So I am definitely disappointed with the service this time. Last year a similar email took 2/3 days which isn't great, but a week and still no sign of it is unacceptable.

Avoid this company, even if like me you have used them before!
I ordered my AVG yearly subscription in January. After a few days I hadn't received the code, which was supposed to come via email within 2 hours. After two weeks of phone calls and still no code, I requested a refund and told this would take 48 hours to process.
I have lost count of the calls I have made requesting a refund or for someone to ring back, it is nearly the end of March and I am getting nowhere......

Had to give 1 star to leave a review, but would rate no stars.
I purchased a 12 month total protection 10 weeks ago I haven’t received my activation code despite several emails and phone calls stating this no one calls me back or responds to my emails. Avoid this company they take your money and do not provide the goods.
