"Hard to find account"
Gone down hill. Purchased AV software 6 days ago and still no activation code, no communication and phone line is not very helpful and sent me to the wrong company. Used this company for 4 years in the past and had great service at good price. Won't use again and trying to get a refund.
Quick update - Found my account which had the code in. Wasn't easy to find, I previously got codes via email. Giving 3 stars now.

I ordered a week ago and something went wrong and my order went through twice. I have tried to contact Intersecure numerous times but got nothing back also tried to phone. I have never had a problem before just want a refund for order #104508 for £20.75thanks

I have been with this company since 2017 and never had a problem.
THIS year, just the opposite. I paid for the security item I wanted, and waited for a response. Licence should have arrived within 2 days. Told to access my account and it would be there. It WAS, but indicated when I selected it, it wanted payment. I had already paid with PayPal, intersecure hed issued me a receipt, AND my account clearly showed that I'd paid.
Despite numerous attempts to speak to someone to rectify the problem, it was impossible. Phone calls go thru another (parent?) firm's switchboard. Attempts to email prompt you to describe your problem and 'an agent' will get back to you. THREE days attempting that - nothing. My laptop security had now run out. BUT - hey presto, an email!!!!
They cancelled my order. No reason, no apology nothing.
This firm USED TO BE fantastic to deal with. What a sad change in 12 months.

Have used for a while to purchase AntiVirus software and within 30mins would have the licence. Now been waiting 4 days with no response after follow up emails. Company must be having issues,,, Would advise checking as will just take your money and cannot get in touch with them.

I'm a continuing customer been with Intersecure for years. Just purchased my internet security package from Intersecure for another year. Easy website, quick digital delivery and really easy to install, and I'm no techy.
I've recommended Intersecure to my parents and friends who have gone on to purchase from them not believing the great deals on offer for genuine protection.

Ordered AVG on the 18th June 2024.waited for two days for downloads. After multiple emails and phone calls no call backs as promised. Now 27th June 2024.
What has happened to this company? They were so efficient the last two times I used them!

"Let down this time"
I have used this service for several years and always been very happy. However, this year whilst I received the confirmation email I didn't receive the licence number to enable me to activate it. Despite several emails and contact us requests I haven't had any response. I did eventually sort it out myself but the total lack of any contact from the company was not good enough.
