Do NOT Use. They have accepted money but not emailed the code required for me to get the AVG. I have bought from them since 2017. I sent 20+ emails and Live Chat reports which have been ignored. I placed another product in the basket and they emailed back to ask me to pay, I responded that my account shows I have paid, and I wanted to cancel, but ignored again

Been using InterSecure for a number of years happy with service and performance.

Excellent service. Used for several years now. No problems setting up except the mystifying option to have only Malaysia and a couple of other languages/locations during set-up when standard English is all I need. Despite this it still operates correctly.

Don’t touch this company! Used to be good but now you can’t contact anyone and they don’t reply to your messages. Didn’t receive the licence for the purchased McAfee software so left 2 days before trying to contact them both by phone and their preferred email with no joy. Tried for a period of 10 days before giving up and getting a full refund through PayPal.

No response to email comms. and the delivery took over 1 day. No doubt you will come up with some excuse. BTW the 2 day window you specify is ridiculous with respect to competitors.
