I ordered a one-year licence for McAfee LiveSafe and paid via PayPal. After two days nothing arrived so I tried email, live chat and phone calls but got no reply. PayPal were very good and refunded my money straight away. I have used this company in previous years and always had great service. Shame that they seem to have disappeared, and I will need to go elsewhere in the future.

After 4 years of using intersecure this is the first time they have failed to deliver. Order just sits unfulfilled, Web messaging had no response and email had no response which forced me to request a refund and look elsewhere for my product. It's a shame that a reliable company has now become unreliable after past positive usage.

I have used intersecure for a number of years now and they have great prices and fast delivery but you need an account to access your purchase, not everyone is aware of this.

Disappointed with the product / service I have received from Intersecure on this occasion when purchasing my annual McAfee Live Safe License. Once again I did not receive the Intersecure email as stated in my order confirming my McAfee license no. but I recalled last year I had to go into my Intersecure A/C to retrieve the license no from there. I am sure with my previous purchases the McAfee Live Safe license was for 5 (maybe 4) devices, this time the order confirmation stated it was just for 1 device.
I did have some difficulty in accessing the McAfee Link provided by Intersecure to register my license no which took several attempts. When I did make contact it merely transferred me to my current McAfee A/C. However it did indicate my new license could be used for addtional devices (did not say how many) but it required me to go through the registration procedure for each device which was a bit of a pain. (In the past I have had 3 devices registered on my license and I am sure they were automatically included during the registration procedure).
I contacted Intersecure to try to clarify the situation to ensure all would be OK, first on their on-line chat and by phone. In each instance I was informed someone would be in contact either by email or phone but so far this has not happened.
I feel I have been left in 'limbo' not knowing if my devices are fully covered by the McAfee Live Save software I purchased from Intersecure.
Never had this problem before and thus very disappointed. with the follow-up service from Intersecure.

Ordered an avg licence as a repeat customer of 5 years. Didn't arrive, numerous emails, numerous online chat messages, two phone calls and no response. Order shows unforfilled on their account page so it hasn't gone astray etc. They just ignore me. Now having to do it through my credit card company. Waste of my time
