Used to be good, but truly pathetic service this time around. I was helping someone set up their new laptop and I recommended this company for AVG, due to historic good service. Nothing was sent through. 4 attempts over a week to contact them, using email, web chat (no actual chat, could only leave a message), and Facebook Messenger, but not a single response. Also I tried the phone number linked to them and it answers initially as Intersecure but then diverts you to a company that deny any knowledge of them. Now being refunded via Paypal. Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

Each time I’ve bought Kaspersky I’ve bought it from InterSecure.
They’re better value than Kaspersky themselves and I’ve never had a problem with it!
