Like many others, I use to buy antivirus license from them. Now they just take your money. Keep away from them and find other companies!

Ordered anti virus on line on 8th April. Still no license key on 2nd May despite numerous emails and calls. Shocking service all round and have had to raise a case with PayPal to try and get a refund.

The promised Bitdefender code did not appear in my email as indicated, but I did find it in my account on their website. I see from previous reports that this is not unexpected now for this company - why on Earth do they not put this right, it’s a simple fix? Moreover the code did not work. Repeated calls to their helpline resulted in promises that the front desk would sort it. The help desk seemed very much on the ball, but nothing happened. I’ve just recovered the money from my credit company. Pity, I’d used Intersecure for 4 years.

My wife has used you for 4 years and says you are great. So I cancelled the auto-renewal mandate on my relatively expensive existing cover and signed up with you. All fine - quick and easy and I was told my licence code would be emailed in 2 minutes, exceptionally in 2 days. After 4 days, nothing received so I emailed you. No response. After 6 days, still nothing received so I emailed again. No response. I read some of your reviews. 94% are 5 Star which is amazing. The 2% 1 Star reviews were mostly complaining about much the same thing: non-receipt of licences and failures to respond/call back/make promised refunds etc. Eventually, more by accident than anything, I discovered that my licence code is actually obtainable in my account if I log on, so I relaxed a bit. I still haven't activated it, though - I'll do that when my existing protection expires next month - so there is still an element of insecurity (no pun intended). Now, you may think a 2% level of angry customers is acceptable. If you're one of those customers, it certainly is not. What does it cost to actually respond to an email, even if it's just to say your code can be found in your account so we're not going to bother to send it to you as promised? I've given you 3 Stars for balance but I'm still not happy, even though my wife is!
